On Disc Printing Media Packaging Booklets       On Disc Printing       This is the starting point where you decide on the look of the actual CD to be duplicated. This determines the type of CD.   Black Thermal Print To create a professional look, we use the high quality Rimage Prism to print black text and images directly onto the surface of a silver top cd. This is both a durable and economical option. Please note this is most suited to text and line / block art.       Colour Thermal Print For colour on-body printing we use the Rimage Everest printer which produces photo realistic images onto white discs. This gives a more durable and professional finish than the inkjet printing and labels used by some companies.       Media       We always use high quality, fully licensed A grade media. As a rule we use Prosource discs but, if you wish, you can upgrade to Taiyo Yuden discs. These are the best discs available from the company who invented cd-r technology.       Packaging       Choose from the following options:                 PVC Wallet Slimline Jewel Case         Jewel Case, Black Tray Jewel Case, Clear Tray     If required, we can also supply double jewel cases.       Booklets       Our most simple insert is a card insert. This is printed on 250gsm Xerox Colortech card and can either be single or double sided. Card inserts as suitable for all of our packaging options.         Next up from the card insert is the 2 page booklet which is printed on 120gsm Xerox Colortech paper. These are suitable for all packaging options.         Our 4 page booklets are also printed on 120gsm Xerox Colortech paper. We can also produce 8 and 12 page booklets, if required. Again, these are suitable for all packaging options.     If you choose to have a jewel case, you will need a tray insert. Again, these are printed on 120gsm Xerox Colortech paper and can be single sided for jewel cases with back trays or double sided for jewel cases with clear trays.
